Current beta: Google Analytics starts only after you accept Analytics. Meta Pixel and Conversions API start only after you accept Marketing. These choices are optional and separate from account emails.
The service
Ardesia is a browser game provided by Tommaso Galli, Via Giano della Bella 22/1, 50124 Firenze, Italy, reachable at tommy@ardesia.world. It is under development. These terms cover account access, the free introduction and personal use of the Web game, including the paid full-game unlock described before checkout.
Accounts
By registering, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Optional tracking and marketing require separate choices. Accounts are for people aged 13 or over. If you are under 18, ask your parent or guardian for permission before creating an account. Optional email marketing is offered only to adults aged 18 or over. Use an email address you control. Registration starts a provisional session immediately. Quick registration emails a generated password and a confirmation link; other registration flows let you choose your password. Confirm ownership of your email before signing in again. Keep access details secure and contact the controller if your account is compromised. Do not impersonate someone else. Your initial leaderboard nickname is your first name; account and ranking details are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Fair use
Do not attack the service, attempt unauthorised access to other accounts, interfere with other players or manipulate published rankings through unauthorised software or forged submissions. Play fairly and respect the game and its content.
Progress and offline play
Online saves and an explicitly downloaded map support continuation. A new map requires a network connection. Browser storage can be cleared or evicted; offline changes require synchronisation. The game is evolving and bugs or maintenance may interrupt access. Report problems to the controller.
Web purchases
The free introduction can be played before buying. The full Web game is unlocked by a one-time purchase associated with your Ardesia account, not a subscription. Stripe Checkout shows the amount, currency and applicable taxes before you confirm payment. Payment details are entered in Stripe Checkout; Ardesia does not store full card details. Access is granted after the server confirms payment. If confirmation is delayed, return to Member entrance or contact support. A Web purchase does not promise a licence on other stores or platforms.
Purchase support and consumer rights
For payment, access, cancellation or refund requests, contact tommy@ardesia.world with your account email and order reference, if available. Never send card details or passwords. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for digital content that is not supplied or does not conform to the contract, remain unaffected. These Terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or treat playing, registering or accepting cookies as a waiver of withdrawal rights.
Optional tracking
Analytics and Marketing choices are separate, optional and do not affect play or purchase. Google Analytics uses Analytics consent; Meta Pixel and Conversions API use Marketing consent. Cookie settings lets you change either choice. Optional account emails are separate from browser tracking. See the Privacy and Cookie Policies for providers, purposes and retention.
Content and responsibility
You may access and play the game for personal use. This does not transfer ownership of the game or third-party components. Applicable open-source licences remain in force. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending access and changes
You may stop playing at any time and contact the controller to request account deletion. Access may be restricted when necessary to address serious abuse, account compromise or a legal requirement. Contact the controller to ask for the reason or request review; security or legal restrictions may limit what can be disclosed. The beta can change as it develops, including progress affected by major updates. Material changes to these terms or the availability of the service will be communicated through the site or account email; urgent security action may take effect sooner. Applicable rights remain unaffected.
